From Sketches to Skylines: The Story of Mohamed Magdy

Every architect begins with a dream — but few transform that dream into a legacy.
Mohamed Magdy Mohamed Abdelrahim Ismail, born on May 1, 1990, in El Mandara, Alexandria, has done exactly that.

From his early years, Mohamed was captivated by how spaces shape emotions — how light filters through windows, how form and texture tell silent stories. This fascination evolved into a lifelong mission: to create spaces that inspire, comfort, and speak to the soul.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering (2019) with a dual certification from Alexandria University and KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, Mohamed began his journey into the professional world with determination and an eye for excellence.

His path was anything but ordinary.
He worked with Mazloum Group, contributed to the Egyptian General Intelligence Directorate, and played a key role in the design and coordination of the Grand Egyptian Museum — a project that stands as a global testament to Egypt’s artistic heritage.

Mohamed’s creative spirit soon crossed borders.
He became part of international design collaborations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, UAE, developing interiors and experiences that blend modern minimalism with Middle Eastern luxury.
His work for Versace and Dolce & Gabbana events showcased his ability to merge architecture with fashion — two worlds united by beauty and precision.

Today, Mohamed is more than an architect; he is a storyteller of space.
Every project under his brand MG Architect is designed with emotion, balance, and identity — from private celebrity residences to high-end commercial venues.
His creative direction combines artistic flair with technical mastery, powered by his expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, DF Render, Unreal, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, Mohamed believes that “great design begins when imagination meets purpose.”
Through his platform mg-architect.com, he continues to inspire a new generation of architects to see design not as a job — but as a form of art that connects people, culture, and emotion.
